I’ve always been an athlete. From a young age, I’ve been involved in various sports and physical activities — and this passion for movement has shaped who I am today. Over the years, I've explored everything from team sports to individual pursuits, and it’s this diverse background that helps me connect with all kinds of clients on their own fitness journeys.

As a personal trainer, I offer both in-person and online coaching to help you achieve your fitness goals in the most convenient and effective way possible. I also teach group fitness classes, where I get to bring people together, inspire each other, and create a fun, energetic atmosphere that motivates everyone to push their limits.
